Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at the Nick Roy Collection; we want you to LOVE what you wear!  Any purchased item may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product and must be un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.  We take a tremendous pride in our products really hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in new, unused condition. You also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you return an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee on returned items.

Final Sale Items:

Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items. All sales are final for these items.

Process for Returns:

  3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  4. Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:
